A worst organization hit by bad management. Those who want to grow PLEASE don’t come here. The only company where you see the management persons gang on in the same post for years and years. Please don’t say this happens everywhere, this happens but not like this, there are politics, here this is vulgar. If you don’t work you are put through a scrutiny not promoted, but here it’s different, the management is looking for such persons.
First I will start with the Site Manager Mr Sasi. A person who has no ability to take a decision by himself can say a dummy sitting to send projects away. Flirting is the best business he likes, and promoting people who offers him gifts. Can’t even draft a letter by himself. Don’t take this at face value test him and find. No other organization who wishes to grow will not take or keep a person like him, he is hanging on with the help of some top management people.
Secondly we have the HR team Mr Sujith, Mr Manoj and Mr Sanjeev. Only sitting to fill their pockets. Recruitment, functions, clients etc are just good for them to fill the pocket. A book on HR management should be written. These are emptying the pocket of the organization and the organization does not know that. Their main duty, promote a person who does not work, they will find out persons. If they promote a capable person obviously the way things are going their way will be questioned and they won’t like that. They have a plan, call for meeting before top management people comes find out who all are having problems and give assurance saying they will convey the message to them and we don’t do it, and unfortunately this does not happen. These persons literally make you a fool. You work for nine years and you can be an HR no MBA required. They can change he way of internal recruitment. You should see how fast they fill in if it is their people. To bring in people from outside the company they say client says they need people from outside the company or such BIG foolish answers to feel asking a question is foolish. When they take people from within the company they need test, if you pass the test you will be made failed in the interview (if you polish you don’t). They first take the people and conduct a test to show others that this person has come through a right way. Should sit for an interview and see the standard.
Not to mention our SVP Mr Deva. The WORST good for nothing.
The politicians who manipulate things around
Mr Prashant. (This person while being an executive had gone to UK as an operator for keying, made bad mark for the company and was sent back by the client) This person was promoted by Mr Sasi, so will be like him, comes in the morning, is have a gang for talking they have their business. All correspondence from the clients are given to the subordinates to draft the letter. Does not even open the drafted mail and see what is in it, it comes back from the client.
Mr Sujeesh. One of the right-hand of the HR so he can manipulate things around. Promoted a person showing false report to the top management (fools or acting as fools). (This person Mr Vinod used to come one hour before time as he stays near and starts working early so his production goes up, when comparison comes nobody takes his time consumed only the daily count, Mr Vinod was put in charge of two projects, it took him seven months to send a report (till this time this time he is supported by two people to send reports, the Manager used to send the report which is not his duty but he has to cover up things)
Mr Binu. Have you seen cheating he is the best. As told earlier, don’t say your concerns to your head or HR. Mr Binu has a good track record once was caught by the first head manipulating records two girls so that they get incentives.
Mr Muralidharan. Liquor and girls anywhere, I will be there. He is the Projects Manager. Take the number of foreign trips he had taken, as for what reason, no answer.
Miss Sofia. She is the example for how to grow. First polish the supervisor and don’t concentrate in quantity, only on quality. When other does 100 batches she used to do 10, when ask where is the quantity, says I am concerned about quality, the project head is there to back her. When others worked hard to finish the work she concentrated in her growth). Miss Sofia can do what ever she likes, can take clients to her home, and influence them in the work. She is shown as the role model, everyone will concentrate in quality and not both quantity and quality and can take clients wherever they want. There are incidents where quality department was asked not to interfere in her work. If she finds a person coming up in that project harass them, (first give bad impression to the head, they take it in face value) there are cases where people left the organization because of harassment from her. Even complained to Mr Sasi, his answer, sorry I cannot help you. She sits overtime for hours, even though rest have left, the head never asks why is she sitting back, why is the work not finished. A good role mode!
Mr Duthan. (Same as Mr Prashant went to UK when he was an executive to do an operator job) Blows up a project he gets showing there is no other project as difficult and complicated he succeeds in this. A job a 10 grade can do but he recruites MBA and B.Tech and pays heavy. Some left the organization because they were recruited by saying it was a high-end process. One of the Supervisor Mr Jinu was caught in a illegal activity, he gives a resignation, the next day his leg is sucked, promoted as a Team Manager, even though he was warned by the HR for misconduct. The size of a project, Project Manager, two Team Manager and number of Supervisor. Main job for the project head is to call the client and blame others in the capacity with abusive words, if he does not do that he cannot survive (put the blame on others). Must see the amount of paper that is wasted when you can use other methods to maintain reports.
Mr. Pramod. He is the other person all should look. He can jump projects as he wishes. When a new project comes he is there. When finds it is difficult leaves. Take his productivity, and quality you will not take him in any project. Now he is a Supervisor, can you imagine?
Mr Jacob Assistant Manager software. Ask him which software has he done for the company- can only play with the old once that to made by somebody else.
There are many employees who are capable and are denied their promotions. The management team even the most senior persons show little response. It gives a feeling like you are working in a government organization. You work for the company no use, all those who have left the organization have left only because there is no growth.
Almost 75% of the persons promoted have done manipulations for getting a promotion. Here it is encouraged.
When a new project comes management level people are taken from outside saying some foolish explanations. Where within you will find plenty with talents.
Then obviously a question why did the company not fall? Each time it is about, to a new capacity takes over but it does not know the play that is going on in here. Everybody in the organization is looking for a change in management and the way but it will not.
For a thought, the growth of Office Tiger within Six years (ranked 43 in BPO sector) and Astron with 10 years not in the picture (even though the names changed frequently the management in Asia is the same). Astron management is the worst.
All the companies have competition for internal growth but it is between the best, here it is between the worst. Here if you are best no chance.
